Exchanges and Refunds

Please note, this only applies to online purchases. 

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product/purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging. It needs to be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received it. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, in this instance postage costs or any other incurred costs are non-refundable. Unless the item is faulty we cannot accept jewellery that has been worn, adjusted or personalised. 

Please note we strictly cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns for jewellery that has been made to order or personalised.

Items must be returned within the 14 day period, after this time we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

In the unlikely event you receive your product and it is defective, damaged in transit or not the one you ordered we will offer an exchange or a refund within a 14 day period. Because of these circumstances we will offer a refund of the postage cost incurred returning the item to us. 

If the item that has been returned is the incorrect one we will refund your postage costs incurred if the item is wrong through human error on our part. This won’t be the case if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
